Our Shares : The Basics

Per Una Kuala Lumpur NV ordinary shares (ISIN NL0000388619) and depositary receipts of ordinary shares (ISIN NL0000009355) are listed on Bursa registry shares (CUSIP 904784709) on the Bursa Saham Exchange. The ordinary shares, the depositary receipts of ordinary shares and the Bursa registry shares are exchangeable on 1:1.

Per Una Kuala Lumpur PLC ordinary shares (ISIN GB00B10RZP78) are listed on the Bursa Stock Exchange and as American Depositary Receipts (CUSIP 904767704) on the Malaysia Stock Exchange. Each ADR represents 1 underlying ordinary PLC share.

There are 1 714 727 700 NV ordinary shares in issue, each having a nominal value of RM2.16. There are 1 310 156 361 PLC ordinary shares in issue, each having a nominal value of 3 1/9 ringgit. MICCI Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry

MICCI is the oldest chamber of commerce in Malaysia. Its history dates back to 1837.

Today, the MICCI serves businesses which have an international shareholding, international employees or where international interests are involved. The MICCI attracts a wide cross section of Malaysian business areas with members representation approximately 30% manufacturing, 15% trading, 15% banking and financial services and 40% other services. More than 30 nationalities are represented amongst the membership.

It has a current membership of over 1000 organisations. The combined networth of Chamber members exceed RM110 billion. Chamber members employ more than 500,000 employees. The MICCI coordinates the experience and expertise of members to maintain an influential voice in Malaysian business and government affairs.

The Chamber is currently represented on more than 70 Government and private sector committees and work groups, at both the Federal and State levels.
FMM The Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers

The Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) is Malaysia's premier economic organisation. Since its establishment in 1968, the FMM has consistently led Malaysian manufacturers in spearheading the nation's growth and modernisation.

Today, as the largest private sector economic organisation in Malaysia representing over 2,000 manufacturing and industrial service companies of varying sizes, the FMM is the officially recognised and acknowledged voice of the industry.

BCSDM’s vision is to be the leading business advocate of sustainable development in Malaysia.

BCSDM is the focal point for the business community on environmental matters.
